At Kost Packaging Co Inc, we prepare a DDForm250 for every order we ship. The reason for this is that the government recognizes the DDForm250 and the shipment is processed efficiently. Proper completion of the DDForm250 involves:

	Knowing what information is required on the DDForm250
	Interpreting the entire contract to find all the required information
	Entering the information in the proper location on the DDForm250
	Proper distribution of the DDForm250 after completion

Kost Packaging Co Inc will interpret your contract for the required information including:

Data requirements

Inspection requirements

Contract delivery date(s)

Proper shipping address

GBL requirements

Distribution requirements (see note below)

And of course packaging requirements

Kost Packaging distributes the DDForm250 to all the required addresses, except for the original copy which the prime contractor must submit to the payment office for payment.

A DDForm250 could be used as your invoice

If not used as an invoice, it must accompany your commercial invoice
